Stephen Bennett - President /CEO
Mr. Bennett has over 25 years of computer experience. As a highly successful technical sales person and systems designer, Mr. Bennett designed and implemented imaging solutions for Martin Marietta, Brunswick Defense Systems and NASA. Mr. Bennett has extensive project management experience as he has overseen several multi-million dollar projects including the integration and installation of the Florida corporate offices of HIP Health Plan in Hollywood and Tampa, Data Warehouse solution for Thomas & Bett's, Data Warehouse for the Uniform Commercial Code Council in Dayton, Ohio and Computer Telephony based call centers for Tel-Save(Talk America NASDAQ:TALK) and Mobil Oil's Lubricants Division. Mr. Bennett also developed the call center operations for Discovery Marketing of Orlando, which was one of the first WEB based call centers in the country utilizing remote agents. Mr. Bennett has appeared as a featured expert in several national computer publications and contributed to the development of the Cleqs / InterpreGATOR ICR (Intelligent Character Recognition) engine that won Imaging Magazine's "Product of the year for 1996" and IMC "Project of the Year 97" for the processing of the Turkish National Census.

Delwar Hossain - Director of Design & Programming
Mr. Hossain has over 25 years of design and development experience in industries as varied as textiles, banking and government in the United States, Germany and Bangladesh. In addition to developing sophisticated retail, point-of-sale and healthcare applications with Gator Bait, Mr. Hossain’s projects have included Trading Management and Export Processing Systems for General Network, Ltd. Of Minnesota; Inter Branch Reconciliation, Classification of Loans, Central Bank & MIS Reporting, Personnel Management Information and Phone Banking systems for City Bank, LTD. in Dhaka, Bangladesh; and Crisis & Disaster Management and, MIS systems for the Office of the Prime Minister of Bangladesh.
Mr. Hossain was educated at Gurudayal College, Dhaka University, Kishoregonj, Bangladesh (B.S.) and at Dhaka University, Dhaka, Bangladesh where he earned an MBA (Quantitative Business Analysis).

Richard Reed – Sr. Systems Architect
Rich Reed is a senior IT professional with 25+ years of experience in mid and senior level positions within government, insurance and healthcare. In addition to working on GDG's SNO project, he is currently Program Director of a Budget System project for the VT state Legislature's Joint Fiscal Office. He has consulted with small-medium sized providers on HIPAA compliance and worked as the Technical Architect on the Data Warehousing program of CIGNA Healthcare’s Transformation Project, which was cited at the time as the largest business and systems re-engineering project in the healthcare industry.
Prior to contributing to CIGNA’s data warehousing efforts. Rich served as CIO to CIGNA Healthcare’s southeast region where he introduced rapid application development and object oriented development techniques. He directed the development of several systems for Provider Contracting, Medical Utilization Management and Customer Service.

Rich graduated from the Polytechnic Institute of Brooklyn (now Polytechnic University) in New York City, majoring in Social Sciences and Electrical Engineering. He also holds an M.S. in Public Administration and Labor Economics from the University of Utah and an M.S. in Education (Educational Technology) from American Intercontinental University. He resides in north central Vermont.
